The Newberry Area Tourism Association welcomes Upper Peninsula UTVing - UP Offroading recreational enthusiasts to Newberry, Michigan. Enjoy over 200 miles of great Upper Michigan ATV / ORV Trails in and around Newberry, MI and Luce County. Upper Peninsula UTVing is one of our fastest growing active adventure sports. Visitors travel from all over the country to ride some of the finest midwest trails.
A network of trails through the Lake Superior State Forest wilderness provides the Upper Michigan and Newberry Off Roading enthusiast with many hours of unsurpassed riding. Most of the forests north of 4 mile corner (4 miles north of Newberry on M123 towards the Tahquamenon Falls) is open to off-roading. State Forest roads are open to off road traffic unless posted closed.
Almost all of the many seasonal roads throughout Luce County are open to enthusiasts unless gated. Take a break from your riding and enjoy the many outdoor Newberry, MI and Upper Michigan attractions, recreation and tourism opportunities in our area.
